1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location:
- Domestic (USA): 5–14 business days.

While we aim to deliver within these timeframes, please allow for potential delays during holidays or customs processing.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package, and we will be happy to assist you.
Lost or stolen packages, delays in delivery, damage during transit, or any other mishandling of your package due to post office error are all beyond my control. Please first contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
Please note that minor imperfections such as slight ink splatters, small scratches, or cutting misalignment of 2-3mm are not considered defects. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and you are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
4. Are the anime merch authentic?
Yes! All of anime goods are 100% authentic and sourced directly from Japan, Korea, and other trusted suppliers.
5. What is the difference between "New Items" and "Vintage Items" for anime merch?
- New Items: Unopened or with tags. These are in pristine condition and perfect for collectors.
- Vintage Items: Pre-loved treasures that may show signs of use, such as minor scratches, discoloration, or missing tags. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully, as vintage items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.
