As a small business we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale and returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the item's condition.
2. Contact Us Within 5 Days
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
3. Condition of Items
Some anime goods in our shop are second-hand. Please carefully review the item's condition, as stated in the product description, before making your purchase.
4. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at info@tadanoclub.com. Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the return process. Replacement items will be sent where applicable, or refunds will be issued if the correct product is unavailable.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
